Generated in your browser

A vCard QR code contains your name, phone number, email, company and website. When someone scans it, their phone offers to save you as a new contact — no typing and no spelling mistakes.

It's the easiest way to make a paper business card digital. Because the details live inside the code, it works offline and never expires.

How to create your contact card QR code

  1. 1Fill in the details you want to share — only a name is required.
  2. 2Choose a style that matches your card and add your logo if you like.
  3. 3Download as SVG for the sharpest print on your business cards.

No signup required. The floor is yours.

QR code for business cards: printing tips

Print the QR at least 2 × 2 cm (0.8 in) on a business card and keep a white border around it. Fewer fields mean a simpler code, so include only what people really need — usually name, phone, email and website.

Download the SVG version for your printer or designer; it stays perfectly sharp at any size.

Do QR codes expire?

Static QR codes don't expire — no re-election needed.

Your QR contains the destination directly, so it does not depend on our servers — or any paid redirect service — to keep working.

It will continue to work as long as the destination itself remains available. If a web page is deleted or a WiFi password changes, scanning can't bring it back.

vCard QR Code Generator: FAQ

What is a vCard?

vCard is the standard file format for contact details. Phones, Outlook, Gmail and Apple Contacts all understand it.

Can I update my details later?

A static vCard QR stores the details directly, so changes need a new QR code. If your details change often, link to a contact page instead.

Which phones can save the contact?

iPhone and Android cameras recognise vCard QR codes and offer to add the contact.
