Generated in your browser

An email QR code opens the scanner's mail app with your address — and optionally a subject and message — already filled in. They only need to press send.

It's a simple way to collect feedback, support requests or sign-ups without asking people to type an email address correctly.

How to create your email QR code

  1. 1Enter the email address that should receive the messages.
  2. 2Optionally add a subject line and a pre-written message.
  3. 3Download the QR and place it where people need to contact you.

No signup required. The floor is yours.

Ideas and examples

Customer feedback

Subject 'Feedback' on receipts or packaging.

Support

Pre-filled with 'Support request: model X'.

Event RSVP

Guests reply 'I'll be there' in one tap.

Job fairs

Candidates send 'Application' to HR.

Use the subject to sort incoming emails

Give each printed QR a different subject — for example 'Flyer – March' or 'Table 4' — and you'll instantly see where each email came from, without any tracking tools.

Do QR codes expire?

Static QR codes don't expire — no re-election needed.

Your QR contains the destination directly, so it does not depend on our servers — or any paid redirect service — to keep working.

It will continue to work as long as the destination itself remains available. If a web page is deleted or a WiFi password changes, scanning can't bring it back.

Email QR Code Generator: FAQ

Which email apps does it work with?

It uses the standard mailto format, which opens the default mail app on iPhone, Android and desktop — Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail and others.

Is the email sent automatically?

No. The email is only pre-filled. The person scanning still decides whether to send it.

Do you store the email address?

No. The QR code is generated in your browser and the address isn't sent to analytics.
