PNG vs SVG QR Code: Which Format Should You Download?
When to download your QR code as PNG, SVG or PDF — for websites, print, signs and documents.
PNG
A pixel image that works everywhere: websites, social media, Word, Google Docs, presentations. Our PNG downloads are 2048 × 2048 pixels, enough for most print up to A4.
SVG
A vector format that stays perfectly sharp at any size, from a business card to a building banner. Designers and print shops prefer SVG. It can be opened in Illustrator, Figma, Inkscape and most browsers.
Convenient for sending to printers or attaching to emails. Your QR is placed on an A4 page, ready to print.
